Use of Rakoli Services

Limitation of Liability
a. Disclaimer: Rakoli is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that Rakoli will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of Rakoli is at your own risk.
b. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rakoli shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Rakoli or any actions or omissions of users or third parties.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
a. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania, as applicable.
b. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the respective countries.
